Description

UE Systems Ultraprobe 9000 Digital Ultrasonic Detector is an inspection, information, storage and retrieval system. It can be used to identify and locate problems, such as:

  •     Solve bearing failures and lubrication problems by establishing bearing routes.
  •     Leaks (you can use DMS software to report the cost of these leaks).
  •     Steam trap failure.
  •     Electrical discharges, such as corona, arc, and electric tracking.

Data can also be viewed through the easy-to-read display panel of the UE Systems Ultraprobe 9000 digital ultrasonic detector, which has a 16-segment bar graph and a calibrated decibel reading. During the scanning process, the UE Systems Ultraprobe 9000 digital ultrasonic detector will automatically record the sound intensity change and the peak hold value at the same time. With the push of a button, the data can be saved to the UE Systems Ultraprobe 9000 digital ultrasound detector.

As a result, the UE Systems Ultraprobe® 9000 Digital Ultrasonic Detector is simple-to-use and can be operated by individuals with no previous experience.

The scanning speed of the UE Systems Ultraprobe® 9000 digital ultrasonic tester is as fast as that of a traditional analog ultrasonic tester. Combined with its digital operating system and functions, it can effectively inspect the system while storing and trending accurate and repeatable digital data. For comprehensive analysis and reporting. This type of ultrasonic tester is very suitable for point-and-click troubleshooting applications and data collection procedures. It is equipped with an easy-to-use operation interface that can collect data quickly, easily and effectively, while allowing users to adjust the UE Systems Ultraprobe® 9000 digital ultrasound detector to suit the application. The UE Systems Ultraprobe® 9000 digital ultrasound probe uses Spin and Click™ technology to allow users to access and store data, as well as use only two controls to change settings, modes, and functions.

The UE Systems Ultraprobe® 9000 Digital Ultrasonic Detector is equipped with three functions:

  • Snap Shot
  • Peak Hold
  • Real-time

The frequency range is 20 to 100 kHz, which can be adjusted as needed; the sensitivity of the UE Systems Ultraprobe® 9000 digital ultrasonic detector can also be changed as needed, allowing users to customize the instrument according to the application. Interchangeable modules also increase the flexibility of the instrument (see "Applications" and "What's included?") In addition, the UE Systems Ultraprobe® 9000 digital ultrasonic detector is also equipped with Ultratrend sound filtering and soundproof headphones. These headphones allow the user to focus on the relevant ultrasonic noise, enabling him/her to track the source of the fault by following the increase in volume. The decibel reading is also displayed on the display screen of the UE Systems Ultraprobe® 9000 digital ultrasonic detector; its range is up to 120dB.The frequency range is 20 to 100 kHz, which can be adjusted as needed; the sensitivity of the UE Systems Ultraprobe® 9000 digital ultrasonic detector can also be changed as needed, allowing users to customize the instrument according to the application. Alternatively, measurements can be viewed on vibration analysers (including SKF, ENTEK, DLI, CSI and DI models) as the UE Systems Ultraprobe® 9000 Digital Ultrasonic Detector is able to interface with these instruments.

Locating faults and/or potential problems earlier limits the damage and amount of downtime required to address the issue, thereby saving the user time and money. Therefore, the UE Systems Ultraprobe 9000 Digital Ultrasonic Detector is a cost-effective point-and-shoot troubleshooting instrument that is capable of being adapted to suit a variety of applications.
